Not sure if it's just my game, when I try to fast travel to Jalascu-Korom in Sentinel, DFU locked up. I was able to fix it by disabling "Distant Terrain". I tried to paste the log but the forum software kept thinking I was trying to upload an image, maybe some string in the log was causing it to parse it as a file include.

Just a word of warning if anyone else comes across it, this had actually happened quite a few times so I'll probably just leave distant terrain disabled.
I just had my first lockup on fast travel with Distant Terrain disabled. It's definitely happening far less often, but it seems just disabling distant terrain didn't completely solve it.

The error events that are looping are the same as before though. So I did a bit of digging around and found the mod that this infinitely looping error that is filling the log file exists in:

Hit: 105.0604
(File_name C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 39)

Low hit distance. Raise Y
(File_name C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 39)
The mod that this code is in exists in "airships"

Debug.LogWarning("Low hit distance. Raise Y");
Going to try disabling "airships" and see if this problem continues to happen on fast travel. I do notice that pretty much EVERY time I fast travel an airship is flying by when entering the location.

EDIT: I disabled "airships" and re-enabled "distant terrain" and fast traveling to the same location for the same quest now works. I'll report back if this is still happening, but it seems "airships" is the culprit.

What a weird mod for the "curator" to have included in the first place ("Airships", that is).

It's a pretty cool mod, but it appears there's a bug.
Just a quick update, have not had another lock up since disabling Airships. Definitely solved.

I had the same problem with crashing on travel. I disabled distant terrain and it worked. Did a little research and found others stating if using one version back from newest Distant Terrain crashing would stop. I downloaded the previous version and re-enabled distant terrain and now I'm not crashing. Will keep airships in mind if it starts again.

Ahh, I stil have Distant Terrain enabled, the infinitely looping log line when it crashed was from the Airships code.
What do you know? I just started playing this yesterday, and hit this bug today! I'll disable airships. Fingers crossed.

Just to you and everyone else who keeps having problems:

Your other alternative is to just install Daggerfall Unity and, if you want, add mods yourself instead of using the GOG Cut.

Good to know, thanks for posting your tests and solving the issue. I was having issues like this from time to time too. Hopefully the the Airships mod author will be able to patch this issue as it sounds like a neat mod.

The Airships mod was created in 2019 and the creator has not been active for over a year.
It is honestly a small miracle that the mod still works at all.

I have two other installs I've been playing for the last few months, figured I would give this set of mods a shot. I've actually been sticking with this one. Didn't expect it!
