Bethesda is selling actual wedding rings. The rings are 10K gold, and cost $1,000. The design has a nord theme to it. Inside the ring there is some engraved text: "with this ring and Mara's blessing". The rings will be available up until Valentine's Day, and anyone buying them will receive them around April of this year. The ring is made by a company called RockLove, who is known for making jewellery for other licenses. The article (which itself referenced another article) said the process used is called "wax injection moulding". What that means is something like this should cost around $160 - $250. What do you think?

Has Bethesda said anything about making the ring available in the shops of the TES games? Ideally as a DLC, for at least $10 - not much for a real fan!

It does mention it. And, to be honest, I had missed that aspect of your post - my apologies. But I still find it hard to discuss the value of merchandise on a game forum. On the other hand, if people want to do this, who am I to tell them not to? No offense intended.
