I installed the Dynamic map mod and it works for the most part, but the zoom in/out buttons don't seem to work. Has anyone else installed this mod and gotten the zoom to work?

The Dynamic Map Base.ini file shows that the zoom in is 2, zoom out is 3, and reset is 4. And also that the zoom in/out icons should always be showing. But neither of these are working. The numbers don't do anything and there are no zoom in/out icons showing on the map.
