So, here's the deal: the GOG version includes only the official fixes and I see using a third-party installer as a disgrace, so here's the compilation of all the available unofficial fixes (all that were listed on UESP Files page as such anyhow):

Just unpack the arena2 folder in your Daggerfall installation directory and click "Yes" when it asks whether you want to replace the files or not.

Doesn't include the FixSkill 0.96 because from what I read it looked more like a cheat hack than an actual bug fix. Does inlcude pretty much everything else.

I would recommend converting the file names for quest files from Donald Tipton's 2001 pack to uppercase as leaving them in lowercase may/will cause trouble for Linux users.

Based on KentGAllard's comment in his post after this one, I have deleted the original contents of my post. I hadn't done a full comparison, and noticed only now that the list of Unofficial Daggerfall Patches includes the most important fixes contained in DaggerfallSetup and goes beyond.
There may be good reasons to use DaggerfallSetup, but to obtain unofficial patches is not one of them (except possibly for people who are unsure whether to install the GOG version or DaggerfallSetup).

Yeah, the cheat hack, a couple of utilities and some quest mods. Didn't include the cheat hack and the quest mods on purpose, those aren't bug fixes. Don't know why'd you feel the need to post it here, if the whole point of this thread was to get the bug fixes for people who DON'T want to use DaggerfallSetup.
