Hi, I've just installed Daggerfall.

When I load it, the opening animation begins, but then when you get to the start/load screen the screen remains black.

If I alt/tab out, I can see the start screen, but can't interact with it?

Please confirm that you are talking about the GOG version of Daggerfall, and about an unmodified installation with unchanged conf and cfg parameters (otherwise un-install and re-install Daggerfall and try again from scratch).
What's your operating system and graphics card? If it's a newer Windows OS (Vista or newer), it may help to install it NOT to a subfolder of C:\Program Files.
