One) Why do store owners put on Armor sold to them

Two) I am now meeting more Blighted Creatures. Is it because I cleared out the area and it regenerates with tougher animals, or all areas increase with my progression, or is it just chance

Three) Does prevent disease potions help with not catching Blight which is a pain.

Given that you're talking about Blight, you must be referring to Morrowind.

1: NPCs equip the most valuable item for each slot that they have in their inventory. Merchants use their inventory to buy and sell items.

2: Areas are populated with wildlife based on your level when you first enter them, however different areas scale differently with what appears.

3: Disease and Blight Disease are mechanically two different effects, so you'll need Resist Blight Disease to withstand Blight.
