Ralzar: No, as far as I know there is none.
But I do not get what this has to do with stealth? To sneak in Daggerfall you press the Sneak button, or alternatively Crouch if you want to also crouch. (Sneak + Crouch does the same as either one just makes you move even slower).
I was unaware that Df Unity had added a distinct sneak button. I assume it just makes you walk at a consistent, slower speed -- like crouch, but without crouching?
At any rate, as I'd hope you would remember, in
Daggerfall, stealth is triggered by moving slowly enough. Since there wasn't a dedicated "sneak mode" in the un-modded, un-ported game, the two ways I'm aware of to move slowly are to temporarily switch to moving via on-screen cursor to move slowly enough to, say, sneak up on someone/thing to try to backstab; or to crouch, which is okay sometimes, but not good for times when I might want to sneak for longer periods (since I don't really want to be constantly looking at the world from waist height). Bear in mind that moving and looking via keyboard is still possible even in cursor-based mode -- even I'm not mad enough to insist on using the cursor to move and look all the time! It's also nice (though not very mechanically important) that movement speed when moving with cursor is "analog": it's not just "walking or sneaking", but rather, you can go smoothly from
barely moving to walking normally (and maybe running? I don't remember), just based on cursor position. (I like this for immersion's sake, especially in dungeons.)
On a note entirely unrelated to stealth: in
Daggerfall, I also just much prefer interacting with items and objects "in the world" directly with the mouse cursor. I never did like having to try to center whatever I want to interact with in my view in this game -- it was a hell of a lot more finicky than doing so in modern games that were designed around simple, FPS-style world interaction.
