Got a mission from a king to "meet a representative of the Blades of Vulkhel Guard in the Mages Guild". I went to that town, went to the Mages Guild, but there's only the wizard. Talked to him but no relevant mission speech or option is shown. Any idea how to do this type of mission?

Another bug, perhaps?

According to UESP ([url=https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Arena:Random_Quests#Delivery.2FRetrieve_or_Escort_Quests]https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Arena:Random_Quests#Delivery.2FRetrieve_or_Escort_Quests[/url]), if the building has more than one entrance, try different ones and see if it makes any difference.

Hmm the formatting seems buggy. Can't fix the URL.
