When I grab the 3rd piece of the Staff of Chaos it vanishes (as it should) and plays the fan fare, but still only states Staff Pieces (2) in inventory. I've tried this a few times with the same results.

Now, I'm not sure if this is related, but, a little while ago I had found Selene's Heart in my inventory. Not knowing what this was, i looked it up online and The Elder Scrolls Wiki stated that I needed to turn this in to Queen Ulandra in Eldenroot to get the location of the Elden Grove. It also said that it was found in Selene's Web dungeon, which is no on my map. My map shows Mines of Veboth. The ES Wiki has no entry for this place.

Is this a known issue? Do I have the 3rd piece and it only shows 2?

I have the save game right before grabbing piece 3, but I can't attach it to this topic.
