I went to refresh and the two games I had won by picking up "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe" disappeared from the shelf, despite telling in some places that I still have both games. I would like to know from the moderators if it is possible to put it back on the shelf, preferably in the same location, along with Elder Scrolls IV.

You might have to do the account refresh one more time, if the Arena and Daggerfall pages say that you already own the games.
