The game is making two different .ini folders under My Games. One is called Skyrim Special Edition GOG, the other is just called plain Skyrim Special Edition. I am running the AE version upgrade. I made sure not to run the game until I installed AE upgrade, still get these 2 folders. Anyone know how to get this into one coherent install? It is like the game does not know what it is running.
