Hello everyone,
I am trying to use the CONTROL+F1 cheat in Daggerfall that allows one to activate all locations on the fast travel map, so that I can open a main quest location, (Woodborne Hall in Wayrest) that I currently can't access because a main quest that I needed to reveal this location timed out.

Well, I discovered that I can't currently use this cheat in dosbox because wouldn't you know it, that is the exact key combination that activates the dosbox keymapper. Does anyone know a way around this?

Actually, while I'm on the subject, I would like to ask another question regarding this game that I'm not sure about. I can't find the location of King Lysandus' tomb because the quest in which I receive the location, (Castle Llugwych quest) timed out. However, I read somewhere online that I can also get the location to the tomb by receiving a quest from Princess Elysiana. From what I read, apparently at some point after I complete the "Emperor's Letter" quest, she will give me some quest where I escort her cousin somewhere, and at some point during the quest, assassins jump out and try to kill him. But if I kill the assassins, I can loot a letter from their bodies that reveals the location of Lysandus' tomb. Well, I got the Emperor's letter from the Orc Treaty quest and have been hanging around Wayrest. But the Princess Elysiana doesn't talk to me. She gave me quests for her in the past before I completed the Emperor's letter quest, (not the quest where I escort her cousin, but other quests), but now she won't talk to me at all. Only the King and Queen periodically give me sub quests, but not the princess. So how do the mechanics of this game actually work? Am I supposed to keep doing quests for the king and queen until my reputation is high enough for the Princess Elysiana to talk to me and give me the quest? Is there only a fix number of quests that she gives me and won't give me any more? I'm a bit confused. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all for your time.

Try using the dosbox keymapper to change the combination that activates the dosbox keymapper. Alternatively, remap a different key to act as Ctrl or F1.

I'm not sure I understand this. If I remap the Ctrl key and the F1 key to different keys, (say for example Alt and F2), I am just changing the keys to activate the same function. Instead of Ctrl + F1 being the key combination to both open up the dosbox keymapper and fast travel map cheat, now the key combination becomes Alt + F2. The change of key mapping will still bring up the dosbox keymapper rather than activate the cheat function; different keys but same result. I'm not entirely sure how to work around it.

Well, I'm not sure that you can find the letter indeed, but here you can obtain some information regarding the quest you mention: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Elysana's_Betrayal
