Hi,

I just won back Eltisweiss and I received a message telling me that a side quest was available in Seign's room.

In the room there is a huge golden exclamation point which allows you to launch the quest "The Chapter of Seign" but when I validate the selection I get stuck on the loading screen.

This is DLC yet to be released. Of course you can't play it yet.
