Why is this tagged as both "Action" and "Turn Based"? What is that supposed to mean?

I think the party battles are turn based but there's also war strategy battles that become real time.

I have not played Suikoden so I can't say. But it's the same creators so maybe.

Truth be told, the whole thing seems to hit all the important beats as Suikoden. It has some things that are all its own. Most of the bugs from the earlier games appear to have been fixed.
