I'm posting this because I finally figured out the issue with the Breakout.
You do need to start it in Administrator Mode as stated multiple times by many people. However, they don't say WHICH Administrator Modes.
In Windows 7 and Vista and XP you can either:
"Run as administrator" when you right click
OR you can PERMANENTLY set it to Run as Administrator.
To permanently set it to Run as Administrator you have to right click - Properties - Tab entitled Short cut then click ADVANCED.
Check off the box that says Run as Administrator.
Click Ok and Apply.
Simply running as Administrator by Right Clicking won't work on some machines (mine included). You have to change it to Administrator from the Advanced Menu on a permanent basis.
You may think this is not a big deal, but it is. It was the only way to make my copy work.
