I Played the original back in the day on a 1984ish PC--4.77mhz/XT--8mhz custom build with CGA/Hercules monochrome graphics. Both had physical switches for which graphics to use and which processor speed. 640Kb Ram, 80Mb hard card(hard drive on an expansion card)
This is a 5 star for nostalgia. Its also the last game I played on that machine before i dismantled it for recycling around 2004.
It was cutting edge for its day including voice synthesis for the craft.
Do realize it is a game from 1988 so don't expect too much.
For myself instant buy.
The minimum requirements listed above are thousands of times what the software was originally designed to run on.

"Reading the manual is a must if you want to figure out how to play."
Mind you, after 5 minutes of trying to play anyone should figure that out.
After purchasing and installing, my fingers still knew how to play even if my mind didn’t.
Absolute joy to play again. And that voice from the craft's AI ... a little less tinny but that's modern headphones vs the original speaker on a computer from the 80's. I could smell that faint lemony scent of fresh 5 1/4 floppy disks..
