Earthworm Jim 1 & 2 for six bucks? How can you pass up that deal? Earthworm Jim is easily one of the best platformers of the 16-bit era if not the most recognizable. I actually still have the original on the PC but my first and most memorable experiences of this were on the Sega Genesis. It's got great graphics that hold up even to today's standards due to its' wacky yet very interesting art-style much like how Comix Zone is still as good today as it was when it came out. The story has got great humor and every level is just as fun and challenging as the previous one. The only downside to this game is not really a huge one but I think I should put it out there. If you are a casual gamer or have never really experienced the difficulty of 80's-early 90's video games, then this might be a little tougher than you expect from a game about a superhero worm. Other than that, there is really nothing I can say negatively about this title other than it's difficulty for newer gamers. Here's hoping to Earthworm Jim 4 coming out anytime soon but until then, the world's craziest worm is pretty much available on any console you prefer.
