I remember this from the original game discs of these games and they are present right here in the GOG release.
If you go into your Earthworm Jim 1 or 2 folder you'll find:
MOVIE.EXE - This is the English intro of the TV cartoon. I attached a screenshot of it to this post.
TOYSHOW.EXE - This shows EWJ goodies
Now just double-clicking the .EXE files won't work as they are made for DOS and XP hates anything that is DOS. However they work fine using DOSbox.
So all you need to do is go into the DOSbox folder and boot up the program. Then MOUNT the drive and/or exact folder the games are installed on (read the readme file of DOSbox how to mount. It's really simple. As an example. For me it was: mount C J: and don't forget to type afterward C: to actually get to that what you just mounted). Once you mounted it browse if necessary to the right folder and type in MOVIE or TOYSHOW and you can view them!
(If you are totally unfamiliar with basic DOS commands which you do need to know to browse towards a folder and vie directory listing then remember these:
C: - Switches you to drive C which holds whatever you mounted.
DIR - Gives you the directory listing of the folder you are currently in.
DIR /p - Directory listing but breaks it into 1 screen at a time. In case the folder is very large.
CD foldername - CD let's you enter a directory. Folders names are cut short like in old fashioned DOS so let's say the folder "Earthworm Jim 1" will show as "earthw~1" in DOSbox. So to enter it it type CD earthw~1 followed by Enter.)
