After installation when i start the game it crashes...

Can you be a little more specific (operating system, etc)? The reason I'm asking is that I'm planning to buy the game after studying, but if it's faulty on OS Sierra or has a graphics-based fault then I'll shy away from a purchase.

Game chrashes just after I am supposed to press "any key to continue". I can imagine it's because I am denying the game any internet access. But seriously: It was being sold to me as DRM free. I do expect the game to run without being online. Change that, please!

I am so done with all this online bullshit. I thought GOG would be the solution. Seems like I should stop gaming after all...

Do you by any chance have the type of laptop that has both an integrated graphics card and the GeForce 980m card? If so, you might need to specifically tell the program to use the nVidia card instead of the integrated card.

I can't say if the game will or won't work under Sierra, but since I also have a Mac and it is not workig for me I thought I'd send you a note to tell you what goes on in my case.

I meet all minimum system requirements for the Mac version except for graphics memory. The game requires 1 Gb and I only have 512 in my computer. I am running Mavericks 10.9.5 which is better than the minimum allowed. Everything else is way above what's needed.
In most cases when my machine is lacking in graphics power the game will run poorly but it will run, in the case of this game it doesn't even launch. It doesn't exactly crash but it never fully opens.
I launch it, it starts and goes through the opening credits of sponsors and graphic engine used and then a splash window of the game appears (the first element of the game itself - i'll include a screencap). And that is it. It hangs there forever. The mouse cursor disapears, no input from the keyboard is registered, all sound goes away and nothing ever happens after that.

So there you go, another anecdote about it malfunctioning so you can decide wheater to buy it or not with a little bit more information.

Do not buy this, not because of gog, but because the developers declined any support for this game if you've purchased it here...Gog is literally not even mentioned in their official and reddit forum pages! The game crashed with a black screen after the first boss and there is literally no solution or bug fix for the gog version, as they refuse (Through their inaction) to even address this issue via a patch.

Fuck these devs, do not give them anymore of your money as they 100% abandoned gog users!
