Whenever I start Earth 2150, the main intro plays just fine with sound 'n all, but when I get to the main menu - there is no sound. I've tried uninstalling any possible codecs that could conflict with the game, but that hasn't helped.

Launch the setup program found next to the program from the start menu, and change the 'Sound' option to 'Software'
