So I have tried adding the game to DEP ,changing Compatibilty to XP SP 2 , SP 3,changing the Renderer in the Setup,selecting a non 16:9 Resolution and I just can't get past the load screen when starting the Campaign,Tutorial etc.It shows the loading screen,the load bar doesn't fill and it just crashes with no error message or anything.Im running Windows 10 btw.Thank you.

I really don't know if this would help you but i've read you are supposed to install the game with administrator rights and run the game like administrator also.
Also don't install in program files just incase try somewhere else.
Next issues would be directx 9.0c related but i think you already installed those.
Codecs would be the next issue but can you run a video in the game like recruitment videos for ED LC or UCS?

Yhea,I tried that now.Installed with Admin rights in the normal folder where I have all my GoG Games ,tried without compatibility and the same happens.I can see the videos when I click in-game so no problems with the codec pack I have (K-lite),DirectX is installed yes.Don't really know what to try anymore.

Have you tried using nglide yet?
In the parameters of compatibility is necessary to put on the checkbox "Disable image scaling at a high screen resolution.
Resolution try 1024x768 32 bit

I really am just guessing here since it's very rare bug that it stops working when it loads, could be saving issues so i really don't know how to help. But try some of the options.
I assumed you are trying to play earth 2150 but forgot to ask which game, but those options are probably for earth 2150 am i right?

I tried with a few other resolutions including 1024x768 using the Glide option in the Setup and the other Rendering options also,still no dice.Did the "Disable image scaling at a high screen resolution",same thing.The game is "Earth 2150 - The Moon Project".If it would show an error at least,so I can see what's causing it but nope,instant Desktop.It probably just hates my Windows.

Maybe, i did check some gog crashing in general article and there are some hints but doubt they will work.
Also are you using galaxy to play the game or the offline installer and using the main exe?
