Which game?
And incase it's earth 2140 there are two versions for that one like the windows version and in the extras or goodies there more prefferable dosbox version though that one shortcut should be good if it's without galaxy.
Tried running the game without galaxy yet, just try running the exe where you installed the game.
Don't install in program files, try installing directx 9.0c if you haven't yet and did you activate direct play yet?
If it's earth 2150 or 2160 then tell me.
Incase it's earth 2150 try changing the setup, graphics renderer to opengl hardware.

The Moon Project. So I got the game running by going into the Setup file to select display resolution Direct3D at 1920x1080, but now I can't access the Construction Center [F1] where you customize your units without the game crashing.

You now have 3 choices either try changing the setup, graphics renderer to opengl hardware. Or try using nglide or dgvoodoo with it.
I don't know anything else.

Hi,

Supported Aspect Ratio's
4:3 or 16:10 are the only supported aspect ratio's unless you install the 3Dfx Wrapper, see here for 4:3 & 16:10 ratio's: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_display_standard#XGA

the active player community on InsideEarth Discord will be able to help you with that question if you require; https://discord.gg/EvgQ8Dq
