Работает только активация и регистрация.

Для игры через интернет используй виртуальные локальные сети.

Your issue is that you havent activated the game, however note that Topware changed the server details, you can grab the "EarthNet Registry Fix" here: https://wiki.insideearth.info/wiki/E2160_-_Setup_Earth_2160_for_Multiplayer
