im running windows 7(64 bit) and i just got the digital download for the trilogy but whenever i go to play any of the games all I get is a black window which flashes up briefly on the screen. Not even an error message or anything.

my computer can run the game so its not a hardware issue, it just wont start

I've been having the same issue. I've tried everything that the troubleshooting section says, no dice. I can't even get the graphics setup to run. I really wish someone would address this. I paid for something I can't even use. :-/

I`m having the same problem and wonder if any of you have managed to fix it.

I know it has something to do with the wd1 files associated with movies and cutscenes. Installing ffdshow didn`t immediately fix it.
