I wanted to replay Earth 2140 with the normal AI. Installed the DOS version which seems to works good apart from running in the fullscreen mode. It runs always in a small window and I can't do anything about it. Tried different configuration but no good.

Have you tried DosBox Staging and tried the Resizable Window option?

Change the video output to anything except surface.

Gog earth2140 has no HD, while steam has HD, but AI will not attack.
How did gog get HD? Or how can steam AI take the initiative to attack, which files of gog can be transferred, and AI can attack automatically? Can you combine steam and gog files?
