It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

After only a few minutes of play, "Earth 2150-Lost Souls" crashes and an error message to the effect that "an error was encountered and Lost Souls has to close" appears.
When I attempt to contact Tech Support, that page does NOT allow the uploading of a DXdiag report, and even if that data is entered manually, there is no apparent way to proceed / send the message!
I'd like to post a screenshot of this problem, but when I attempt to do so here on the forum, an error message appears stating that the image is too large!
Overall, this appears to be a very poorly-designed website.
Many buttons that should logically be present, are not. For example, the "Site Map" page is nothing but text: no buttons, no links!

If you can't send a DXDiag file or even submit a tech support message, then there's probably something wrong with your browser... Turn off your NoScript, popup blockers and other tinfoil beanies you might have installed on your PCs to keep alien spies at bay. ;)
Check that you are using the newest availible browser for your system. Since the page used Advanced Javascript (AJAX), It has problems with older browsers. If you are on a windows computer. Here is a link to the newer version of Internet Explorer:

If you do not want to replace your browser with a newer version, try Firefox simultaniously.

That should clear up the site related issues. I am sorry that this web page is not compatible with older browsers, but as it follow the Web 2.0 standard (more information about web 2.0 here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0 ) there is little to be done.

Additionally with the browsers, if you are in a corporate environment, or anywhere where installs are locked down. You might want to try Portable Firefox that works off a USB, no install needed, just a location where you want it to exist.
Thank you to everyone for offering help. I eventually got the game to run, but the
extremely dark maps, with little contrast of the units, confusing gameplay and
glacially-slow pace completely turned me off. If I could sell this game and get
my money back, I would. A major disappointment, but a good lesson: always go
play a free Demo first!
