Sometimes when I win a mission I get a reward, like chartographer or recently collector (I collected a full set of items for a mage hero "of ages" equipment)

So what do those actually do for you?

As far as I know they just provide a bonus to your score.

AFAIK they just give a bonus to Glory - and you can see how many you collected on the Astral Statistics page for some ego-stroking :)
