I was wondering if there was a fix for the gamebreaking save/load bug. I've been playing the campaign all day when it freezes during combat. Thats annoying, but nothing to be mad about, but when I try to load my save nothing happens.

I am having the same issue, cannot load or continue either a game or a campaign. I have a thread also (won't let me post links yet)

Glad I`m not the only one with this problem.

Click load game and I just get a black screen with a mouse pointer. Music in the background.

I get the same thing. That is when I continue. If I try the load game, I get the screen, highlight the save, and then pressing load does nothing at all

The updater only fixes the version number to 1.4.3...

I contacted Snowbird support via their homepage / Forum

They sent me a E-Mail real fast with two Zip files that solved the Load / save problem.

The informed me that GOG will be getting the updated files as soon as possible.
