Would you might have the original works or what would be the resource for your graphics? I think all the portraits belong to her artwork... I remember that one very distinctively, though, but I bid my time to inspect the collection at leisure and now I wonder... The apparent heiress died young, she was actually a beauty. Last I knew the Mexican government was exhibiting the collection, meant to be sent to Belgium or Holland when the woman died. The painteress is toted to have been the initiator of the Fantasy painting genre, way before videogames. I still wonder...
Do you mean the portraits of Astral lords?

They are stored within dat/Portraits.dat

You can view them with the grabber utility

Hmm don't really see the resemblance...

IIRC, portraits were drawn by ukrainian painter and are based on schematic images from predecessor of Genesis.

You're a man with a lot of good info - some of it seems also a bit like insider information. I wonder if you have any idea whether we'll ever see a new release of Eador?

Sorry for the off-topic post y'all.

A new release? What would you call "Masters of the Broken World"?
What else are you hoping for?

Alexey Bokulev used to be very active on the official Eador forums (as Adrageron, using a picture of Zarr, hehe) and he shared a ton of information on his game with the Russian fans.

e.g. http://www.eador.com/B2/viewtopic.php?t=621

As far as I can tell, Bokulev has moved on. He's been working on a new game "Gremlins, Inc" for at least 2 years now.

A new release after MotBW, of course. Seems like a logical way to interpret my question since Gremlion knows I play MotBW. And so do you.

From small slips here and there I got impression that snowbirds got major rights on Eador universe in exchange for development and release,
It is absolutely possible that they would try to milk franchise with Eador 3 like they already did with 3(iirc) published books about eador universe and tabletop card game (I suppose it was based on ideas, which Bokulev reused in Gremlins, inc).
Bokulev also made a pretty cool dungeon for Legend of Grimrock, I played it, it is professional work
