I just started playing the game on beginner and am thinking about going up a level if I win the 2nd shard. However I would like to copy the autosave from the save folder in case I turn out not to be ready. I see two files that were updated yesterday:

game0.bkc which updated at 11:12
game0.cmp which updated at 11:16

do I need to copy the 1st, the 2nd or both? Thanks.

game0.bkc is backup of your campaign map. game0.bka - backup in astral(before attack on shard).
You can restore game by renaming one of them into game0.cmp
