The main question that might answer some others i will post as well:
1. Do we have a link to a FAQ/game guide anywhere in english? I see one for the second game (MotBW) but not the first. If there is one can it also be stickied?
There is not even a manual that i can find, and i think this is a big part of many new players early game difficulties (and maybe even late game!). It took me about 4 goes playing blind (with no instructions or guide on what to do) to actually win my first shard, and it felt like a very lucky win based on my previous attempts.
So to help myself and others new to the game i have a few questions that would really help understand what is going on and how to play the game well, as it is certainly worth the effort and i can sense a very addictive and deep game hidden from view here.
Q1: How does 'good' and 'evil' play out in the game? As in what does it effect and is there a way to tell what path you are in during the game?
Q2: how do you save things to carry over to the next shard as hinted at in the screen just before you attack a new shard? Is it purely random or can you build something/put items somewhere to carry them over?
Q3: Is it better to start with shards closer to our own even if they are bigger?
Q4: Is it better for the longterm to play long games on each shard and spend time searching for treasures/items and building your hero's up, or if these never carry over is it best to win each shard as quick as possible?
Q5: is there a source that shows the whole tech tree (so you know what to build for later in the game etc)?
