So i just installed this today and when i started the game it feels like laggy since the menu screen, and totally unplayable.

I tried the Eador Launcher made for someone on the forum but the performance didnt improve at all.

Is there any solution for this?

Try more instances, launch like 3-5 of them.

The game seems to be working properly after restart + fresh install + launcher.

Still getting some issues with the audio though.

Fully exit Steam, Skype, and other similar programs before running Eador. This has been found to help in some cases.

You can also edit the config file to change some audio settings if the issue persists. There's a thread further down the forum about that.

Setting it to 16bit in the .cfg helps alot.

Reducing max cpu power in the win enery management also. I do both and its perfectly smooth.

My fix to this is to reduce the power setting to 50%. I made special profile just for Eador and I switch to it whenever I want to play it.
