Picture looks like a Dwarf. It adds new units, dwarf units or a faction? God damn i want my Dwarf faction.

No factions are added. Even, not really new units: These are upgrades of already existing units that we can ally with.

I guess it's not for Eador: Genesis?

Eador: Genesis already has a dwarf faction, however, you cannot play as them and have can only get an alliance with them to get some of their units and items. Not exactly sure if that's what you mean by a faction, though. It has dwarf units and dwarfish items.

I don't know about Eador: Masters of the Broken World though. Right now I only want to play it for the multiplayer, and I can't seem to get the multiplayer to work.

Yes, there are some new Dwarf units. Check out Martin Fencka's Let's Talk video for an in depth scoop on what new units are now available in MotBW.
As for Dwarves specifically, they are Guardsman and Engineers.
