I don't find much info about glory rewards, additionally I'm still unsure whether I should grind a shard and conquer all its provinces (in the campaign) or just rush the enemy.

So far I managed to grab:

Cartographer (explore all provinces) for 35 points?
Tactican (never lost a unit) for 150 points?
Strategist (never lost a fight) for 100 points?
and uh.. nothing else...

It doesn't matter much, you can continuosly exchange some glory for energy (if you accept Zarrs first offer for it), but you will have way too much glory (and energy for that matter) anyway. Just do what you think is fun, if you like conquering all do it, if not just move on.
