I have played 3 hours but I havent see an enemy leader! I wish there where more fights with enemy leaders. Whats your experience? I am playing on skilled, 3 of my enemies are skilled too, one is competitive.

Maybe a large shard? I usually meet them within the first hour, have only had tiny,small and average so far.
