Is there a convenient list of all Karma effects for spells? I wonder which spells hit Karma negatively and by how much. Can I get away with casting Burn Ammo and Vampirism or will those spells make me evil like raising zombies will do? Thanks.
Karma -1:
Raise Skeleton
Raise Zombie
Raise Ghoul
Summon Imp
Vampirism
Disease
Inferno
Corruption
Mass Suicide

Karma -2:
Raise Ghost
Raise Vampire
Summon Fiend
Summon Hellhound

Karma -3:
Summon Demon

Karma -5:
Summon Devil
Black Magic

Karma -7:
Dark Pact

Karma +1:
Exorcism
White Magic

I'm pretty sure that's all of them, although I'm sure Gremlion will correct me if I'm wrong :)

What about Extravaganza and other mood-boosting rituals? Or does province mood find its way into your karma on its own anyway?
Heavenly Light 1
Heavenly Guards 1

Enchanted Coffer -1
Walking Dead -1
Deadly Terror -1
Blizzard -1

Chaos Spawn -3
Rain of Brimstone -3
Undead Uprising -3

Dark Ritual -4
Conflagration -4

Demon Invasion -5

Pestilence -8

Province mood doesn't affect karma. some events give - to karma and + to mood, for example.

Interesting. I would have expected maintaining a happy populace to count for karma. Clearly a lot more things give - to both or + to both, though.

Does rescuing the elf from the mob count as a + karma/- mood action?
I'm surprised Mass Insanity has no effect on Karma, it doesn't seem like a nice thing to do!

Thanks for the info!

Heavenly Guards give negative karma? But in this post, it says it gives +3

Thanks for catching error. Ritual gives +1 on usage.
+3 you get from hiring, so can be +4 from ritual+hiring.
Thank you for the clarification Gremlion. That means only two rituals give positive Karma.

Do you get the karma hit/bonus each time you cast it, or only once per shard, like with hiring troops? (As I understand it...)

Each cast. Necromants, which resurrect zombies each turn find themselves very deep pretty fast.
Oh man... so much for all my enchanted coffers.

(I mean really, it's not *that* evil... it's really just like raising taxes. Right?)

Good to know that all that karma I've been getting from hiring swordsmen, healers, etc. is completely wiped out by a few enchanted coffers. :-(
