Last Shard i got the medium Questcrystal and was eager to test the new Quests.

But...how to take a Quest medium Difficulty? The Crystal is upgraded but if i visit it with a hero i still can only take easy Quests.

It would give easy quest if you canceled one previously. This is for preventing picking desired quest.
You should finish your quest first, and then you would be able to get medium.

Ah ok, riddle solved, after upgrading the Crystal i chanceled the heros easy Quest to test the medium.
