I install latest version of Eador MotBW 1.8.2 and Aliied Force DLC.
But racial upgraded units are absolutely lost. They are missed everywere, even in mercenaries guild.
But i saw in description of second and third racial buildings, that it should allow to hire upgraded racial unit, but they don't appear anyway. Only base racial unit are awailable.
I think it is bug? Are there any solution or fix?

I think you have to upgrade them from the base units by fighting and gaining experience.

Unfortunately no. I already to lvl 7-8 but no one can't upgrading.
In earlier version (1.7 and older) upgrade will be available often since 3-4 lvl. Also every racial site guards have its. But now only common units everywere...

Different units have the upgrade later than others. For example, halflings may get upgrade after level 3 but centaurs not before level 7. Also, since the upgrades are random it's possible that even after reaching max level you were never given the upgrade, but that's rare.

However, if you dont see Allied Forces units even in sites and provinces then your shard was started without Allied Forces so you have to start a new shard with allied forces.

Maybe the version 1.82 is flawed. I use Steam version myself and it may not have 1.82 update so that's why it works for me.

Gave up on finding a solution. GOG-Support wasn't able to help, so i wrote a mail to
support@snowbirdgames.com some months ago. Never received an answer (or any kind of reaction).

I think it's a problem with GOG version of the game. Never heard anyone having the same problem on Steam.

If you go to your Eador folder, there should be a large amount of data.###.pak files. What are the numbers of the three latest .pak files (those with the highest number)?
