Does anyone know how many sources of black lotus and dionium is needed to satisfy this scenario. I've got 4 sources of each so far, but I haven't had any indication whether that's enough. The main reason i'm asking is that there's a province that probably has black lotus but has a particularly painful province guard and I'd rather leave it alone if I can.
