There is no menu/window to shard hop with my heros. after I click "Excellent!" al I get is window with prize for the shard and nothing more. What should I click to get that option?

Do you have enough mana? It takes a while to save up enough to transfer them to another shard.

Its an option when you review your heroes after finishing the shard.
