I’m on my fifth shard and won a ‘Forge’ (level 1) to use in my future attacks but I can't click the building because the helpful info panel pops up whenever I move my mouse over the icon which appears to interfere with clicking the box... fyi My game is fully patched... ‘Yes’ I have more than enough energy to pay for it and there is also a wood resource with no pop up which I can use normally.

I run it on a Windows 7 64bit laptop (outside the programs folder).
