Can't seem to find a definitive answer for this but is there an ingame option to choose between 30 or 60 fps?

Just looked.
No option of any kind to lock FPS.
the closet option is V-SYNC.
I will say it runs quite well on modest hardware.

If you have an AMD card, download RadeonPro & set up a game profile for any game you want.
In that, you can then cap framerates to whatever you want.
