I'm having the same issue. How did you get this to work? Both my profile and games are set to public in steam and I've tried a few different times today several hours apart.

Edit: Nevermind I just tried again and it showed as eligible and added to my library. Not sure if someone from GOG fixed in the background but I didn't have to do anything extra to fix other than to keep trying. I'm all set now as well.

Same problem here.
Refreshing won't work.
1st time I've had the problem after many succesful transfers.

If you don't already have the game downloaded and installed through Steam, try starting the download (you don't have to let it finish if you don't want to). Once you've stopped it/allowed it to finish, go back to the Connect page and refresh your account status there (if it isn't refreshed already) and see if the page will recognize DUSK as being available to you.

Alternately, if you already have the game installed, play it through Steam for a small amount of time (5-15 minutes or so), wait a bit after you're finished then go to the Connect page and see if it's available - if not, refresh the account and see what happens after.
