I was just about to purchase the series when I read about LAN being removed from the game.

Removing a feature that was already present, what is this?

Was a reason for this odd decision ever given?

Is LAN support really gone?

Did they seriously remove a core feature, forcing it to be DRM multiplayer based? Can anyone ping in, or message me so i can look at the application .exe and what it all hooks into. I was just about to buy then i seen this!

Still no news about LAN? Adding (or re-adding) the option to play LAN games would be a great incentive to buy the game!
