Hi All,

Was excited to get Dungeons 2 for free.

Downloaded and installed.

Games seems to start...but wont let me play campaign...or skirmish. The tile will happily click but nothing happens. Am I missing somthing here...or are all modern games so complex and difficult?

Having the same issue, I have tried the solutions available on Steam, but they aren't working on the GOG platform. Is this a server file issue from the latest update? Or possibly a botched file path? I also tried uninstalling from the client as well as through Windows and then reinstalling. Hope to hear back!

Looks like the installer doesn't do any dependency check for Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable. I installed it manually and that fixed the problem for me. Good luck!

Install the following from microsoft

https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=14632 <--If you have 64 bit OS

Adding redistributable didnt help :(

If that was really the problem, it should stem from missing files, and the system will report that something's wrong, instead of this quiet failure.

However, I tried it, and installing VC++ 2010 does not help.

Downloading and Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update worked for me.
