I was playing Ravenloft when i find the Jeweler Ghost House. I know it is becouse i play the game lot of times.
The characters says something like they have they`r hands cold and feel a child on the spine. So i enter the house and... black screen, the Dreamforge Logo appears like in in Menzoberrazan (3D logo) with the normal Town Music... black screen again... an nothing. The muisc go on (Again Town music after stop for a second when the Logo disappear) but nothing happen. Any idea what can it be?

Avoid the house, till you've found the graveyard key (a few hours later in the game). Then enter and it should work.

That`s not the problem here. You can enter the house before the graveyard key., yes you probably make the game unwinnable :P but you can enter.
But the game crash when that happen. I trying to contact the support service but i don`t remember how to do it :P

Yes, the game crashes, probably because a few variables aren't set correctly. It's a bug, sure. But if you progress through the story those variables will be set correctly and the game will then not crash upon you entering the house at that point. It's a workaround.

And if you want to contact support, click at "support" at the top of your browser, scroll down and click on your game and then to the right "@ Contact our support team" click on "I can't find solution for my problem". That brings you to a contact form.

Yeah, but when y check the button tho select techinical issues, the page throw me back to the game list selection in Suport.
BUT i gonna try what you said first and check what happen. Thanks for the help, i hope that fix it (To be honest, is better a crash than discover 4 hours later that you can`t finish the game :P )

What browser do you use? It works fine for my Firefox 41.0.2.

Well, you might not actually get that far, because other guys are reporting trouble in the caverns beneath the Ivlis with the GOG version of Strahd's Possession. Just make sure that Irmgarde and Vladislav are in your party, when you approach the portal. That's pretty much all you can do at that point.

PS: You might want to take a look at that thread: http://www.gog.com/forum/dungeons_dragons_ravenloft_series/strahds_possession_need_help_with_bugsglitches

A fellow GOGer made a patch that should help with a few of those bugs.

Yeah, just found that bug. I have both characters in the party but the game crash anyways...
I`m downloading the patch now. Thanks for tell me about it! I Hope it fix at least the caves.
GOG just updated its installer to include the 1.2A patch, which resolves most of the bugs from v1.2. However, the Jeweler's House is still buggy. I would recommend avoiding entering the Jeweler's house until AFTER you have the Cemetery Key and have accessed the Cemetery. That way, you can knock out the Jeweler's quest immediately and avoid any game-breaking issues.
Also save often in general - especially when moving between areas.

It's been a while since I've played Strahd's Possession but I recall the bugginess of the game, and in particular one walkthrough warning that any time you travel between major areas, you must save the game before doing so or the state of the area you have just left will not be properly remembered, resulting in any number of issues when returning to that area (especially fun if you end up e.g., locked on the wrong side of a door that needs a key to open ... which, yes, can happen in at least one such situation).

I haven't played the GoG version yet so I'm not sure if 1.2/1.2A fixed this bug or not, but I'd save often just to be safe (the bug appears to be specific to the relatively early version of the engine used in Strahd's Possession - it was in particular never noticed to occur in Menzoberranzan, which used the same engine).
