Please GOG release War of the Lance now that the Krynn games are here. I love that old game! It's one of a kind.

Do you have any tips for similar games? As far as I know it's a one of a kind and it has a great concept and great features. I've almost given up on GOG regarding this game. :/

The closest games to War of the Lance that I've played are the Total War games and the Civilization games. The Civilization 5 "Faerun" mod is somewhat similar... and of course there are the AD&D Gold Box RPGs, which you can get on GOG. :)

I've played them too and not to sound obstinate but those aren't even close to the gameplay of War of the Lance. It's a shame. The game concept and features are great I think and something indie developers should have a look at.
