so I got the Proof VS Poison belt and the guy who is wearing it died from poison. Is this a bug or do I not understand what this item does.

it is my belief that the proof vs poison belt does not give immunity to poison but instead gives a bonus to saves vs poisons

edit: yeah it gives +4 on saves against poisons and apparently green dragon breath dosn't count for this bonus as well
at least thast what my source indicates since its magical in nature

Thanks for the info, It was just a snake that got me had my ranger/cleric standing as a wall vs the snakes and centipede, not sure if the centipede have poison seems they should snake got him with the belt on. The green dragon turned out to be less trouble...

no problem its easy to get confused by the wording in the item names sometimes especially if you aren't heavily into the tabletop version and the krynn worldset specifically
