After playing though COK and DKK on my laptop and using the regular number keys to move diagnolly I am unable to do so in DQK. My laptop only has "regular" number keys and not a seperate set of number keys. Am I missing something incredibly obvious?

You could try using CRTL-F1 to remap the DOSBox keys.

If your laptop doesn't have a numpad it should have FN keys you can use.

If neither of the above works for you then Petrus is correct that you can remap your keybindings in DOSBox.
