I want to open the safe under the rug in Gedron but I don't have a thief in my party, I've tried bashing with my fighters but that doesn't work, is there another way to open the safe? Or use a cheat or save edit to get El's drinker?

I can't seem to edit my post, I was trying to bash the safe open with my Gladiator which didn't work so I switched to my fighter as the leader and that did the trick.

I'm not sure whether it's the case for Shattered Lands, but in most other D&D games, if a particular character failed their Open Locks/Bend Bars roll to get something open, the game remembers and they'll continue to fail if they repeat attempts. As you found out, switching to a new character to try again can get around it.
